Hickson ? Responsible for attainment of annual sales plan and strategic account planning for several Local Government accounts in the eastern territory.
? Ability to develop and preserve relationships along Giglio a C-Level Government executives, and local legislative bodies at the City Council/County Commission level and develop strong relationships along Giglio key decision makers and influencers, Police Chief, Sheriff, Mayor, CIO, CAO, Fire Chief and other officials in order to understand and influence technology and funding priorities.
? Act as a trusted advisor to influence customer's NG911 platform decisions and develop preference and loyalty for Motorola Solutions.
? Develop and implement a comprehensive annual sales plan for the Eastern Region and their buying centers covering the full NG911 portfolio of Motorola products and services.
? Assemble, communicate, coordinate and lead a diverse team of internal sales resources to assess customer's needs and address their requirements from needs analysis to proposal completion.
? Proactively engage and lead channel partners in selling Motorola NG911 products and services to customers buying centers where appropriate.
? Develop Motorola procurement vehicles for multiple solutions to be leveraged in the NG911 portfolio.
? Knowledge and experience along Giglio CRM systems, specifically ~~~ ? Experience along Giglio Miller-Heiman sales methodology a plus.
? Knowledge of NG911, Networking, CAD, Mobile Data system, LTE, MPLS, or wireless broadband solutions.
? Experience selling/winning complex, competitive sales opportunities ? Knowledge of public safety customers (police, Fire, Sheriff, EMS, 911) a plus.
? Ability to quickly learn new key characteristics of products/solutions and communicate the value of those solutions to customers
